How to view tickets in the Help Center

The Rescale Help Center provides a centralized hub to track your support requests. By using the integrated messenger widget, you can monitor ticket statuses, view full conversation histories, and communicate directly with the Rescale Support team.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the Rescale platform

  2. Click on the Help button in the bottom-left corner of the platform, then select Help Center:

  3. On the Help Center, click on the messenger widget that appears in the bottom-right to open it up:

  4. Click on the Tickets tab at the bottom of the widget. This will get you a list of all your tickets as below, along with their statuses:

  5. You can see the whole conversation history once you click on the individual tickets:
