Getting Help on Rescale: Help Center, Support Assistant, and Support

This guide walks through the different ways to get help and where to find the right resources.

The Rescale Help Center brings together self-service help, AI-powered assistance, ticket-based support, and official product documentation — all accessible directly from the Rescale platform or the Help Center website.


Accessing Help from the Rescale Platform

After signing in to the Rescale platform, help is always available from the Help menu in the lower-left corner of the interface.

From here, you can:

  • Chat with Rescale Support (AI or live support, depending on your plan)

  • Browse Help Center articles

  • Create and track support tickets


Chatting with Rescale Support (AI Support Assistant & Live Support)

Selecting Chat with Rescale Support opens a support widget directly on the platform.

From the widget, you can:

  • Start a conversation with Rescale’s Support Assistant

  • Search for help articles

  • Create a support ticket

Depending on your support plan, you may also see an option to chat live with a Rescale Support Engineer. Customers without paid live support will interact with the chatbot or will need to create a support ticket.


Creating a Support Ticket from the Platform

You can create a support ticket without leaving the Rescale platform.

From the support widget:

  1. Select Create a ticket

  2. Enter a title, description, priority, and any attachments

  3. Submit the ticket

Tickets created here are immediately tracked and associated with your organization.


Searching Help Articles Within the Platform

Help Center articles can be viewed directly inside the platform using the support widget.

Using Search for help, you can:

  • Browse Help Center collections

  • Open and read full articles

  • Navigate article tables of contents

  • Scroll through content without leaving your current page

This is the fastest way to find answers while actively working on the platform.


Browsing the Full Rescale Help Center

Selecting Help → Help Center takes you to the full Help Center website.

Here you can:

  • Browse all Help Center categories

  • Search for articles across all topics

  • Access the Tickets Portal

  • View longer or more detailed documentation


Creating and Tracking Tickets from the Help Center

Support tickets can also be created from the Help Center website.

From the Help Center:

  • Open the support widget to create a ticket

  • View confirmation details after submission

  • Use the Tickets Portal to:

    • View all tickets for your organization

    • Filter tickets created by you

    • Check ticket status and updates

This is the central place to track ongoing support requests.


Accessing Rescale Product Documentation

The Help Center also provides direct access to official Rescale Product Documentation.

From the Help Center:

  • Select Product Docs

  • Browse structured documentation topics

  • Follow step-by-step guides such as Getting Started and Running a Basic Job

Product documentation is ideal for learning platform fundamentals, workflows, and best practices.
