How to Use Rescale Help Center

This guide walks through how to access and navigate the Rescale Help Center, submit support tickets, and find product and API documentation using the new Rescale UI.


Accessing the Rescale Help Center

  1. Log in to the Rescale platform.

  2. In the bottom-left corner of the platform, select Help.

  3. From the pop-up menu, click Help Center.


Navigating the Help Center

After opening the Help Center, you will see:

  • A search bar at the top labeled Welcome to Rescale Help Center, where you can search for articles by keyword.

  • Article categories below the search bar, allowing you to browse topics by area.

    • For example, Getting Started currently contains five articles.

    • Other sections include areas such as compute jobs, workstations, and more.

Tickets Portal (Admins Only)

  • Below the article search bar, you may see a Tickets Portal button.

  • This feature is available by request for Organization Admins.

  • The Tickets Portal allows admins to track all support tickets associated with their company.

  • If you are an Organization Admin and would like access, please contact Rescale Support to have it enabled.


Submitting a Support Ticket

  • From the Help Center page, select Submit a Ticket in the top-right corner.

  • You will be taken to the Submit a Support Ticket form, where you can enter:

    • Email

    • Subject

    • Message

    • Priority

    • CC recipients

This form is the primary way to contact Rescale Support directly.


Accessing Product Documentation

  • From the Help Center, select Product Docs in the top-right corner.

  • This opens the Rescale Platform Documentation.

  • The left-hand navigation includes multiple categories and sections covering official Rescale product documentation.

  • Examples include Getting Started and Running a Basic Job, along with many additional platform topics.


Accessing API Documentation

  • From the Help Center, select API Docs in the top-right corner.

  • This opens the Rescale API Documentation, where you can find details on available APIs, endpoints, and usage.
