The Rescale platform sends email notifications to users and administrators, providing useful automated updates about platform activity. However, you may prefer to customize or disable some of these automated notifications based on your preferences.
Any user can control these notifications by turning them on or off from their User Profile. This guide will walk you through accessing and configuring your notification settings.
Accessing Your User Profile Settings
To open your User Profile:
Click on your username on the bottom-left corner of the platform page
Use the menu to navigate to Preferences
Configuring Your Notification Preferences
Once you're in your User Profile Settings:
Navigate to the Notifications section
Adjust your preferences by toggling notifications on or off as desired
Save your changes
What You Can Control
Through the Notifications settings, you can customize which types of automated platform updates you receive via email. This allows you to stay informed about the activities that matter most to you while reducing unnecessary email volume.
Your notification preferences will take effect immediately after saving your changes.
